Pranav Marathe
Managing Partner and COO
Pranav has a close to 2 decades of diverse experience in energy conservation / demand side management, green field manufacturing plant projects, new product development, and as Head – PMO for Solar PV and Product Development Projects for Hydro Energy.
Pranav is an Electrical Engineer and has also done his Master in Management Science and M.Phil. in Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Management.
Kishor Patil
Managing Partner
Kishore has a close to 2 decades of experience in manufacturing domain and is currently working as a Director at Crest Precision Screws Pvt Ltd. He has been associated with other organisations at various management positions. With a primary expertise of sales and marketing he also possesses rich cross functional knowledge as well.
Kishor has done his MBA in Sales, Distribution and Marketing.
Kiran Shinde
Partner
Kiran is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Astute Securities. He heads investments in publicly traded instruments such as stocks, bonds, digital assets and has been active in private investments specializing in amalgam of finance and tech/ AI better known as fintech. He has backed several businesses in emerging areas like sustainable energy, consumer tech.
Kiran has done his MBA in Finance.
